What does one do when it is so cold and wet; the sky looks grey and dull and there is no motivation whatsoever to step outside? It's early February and one really should be working off all the weight piled on from the excesses of Christmas.
But the natural body system is fighting against the cold and sending signals to the brain to, 'eat more' and 'store up more fat'! I certainly don't have any motivation to do anything different. If you were hoping for a great answer to the question posed in the title, I'm afraid, it's 'not today', sorry! Going back to bed:-)! It's too cold to do anything else.
